Often in my work I look to capture special, fleeting moments. In this print the sun lights up the sky as it is about to rise above the distant ridge and bring the foreground world out of the cold blue of night into the warming colours of the day, turning night into day.

This 6 colour silkscreen is made on a heavyweight 300 gram handmade. The print is created by printing each colour separately, gradually building up the image.
