Scuttling across the beach, this crab has come to a halt and now stares indignantly at the viewer.

This print is a multi-plate etching and aquatint made on 3 copper plates. The richness of colour is very much a result of this process. The image is made by printing one plate over another until complete. It is hand-printed onto a heavyweight 300 gram handmade at St Cuthbert's Mill in Somerset, England.
