From the earliest of times the mother-child relationship has been celebrated in art, most notably as the ‘Madonna and Child’ in western art,  Bear Hugs follows in this tradition.

This silkscreen comes in a range of colours and is printed on Somerset satin, a heavyweight 300 gram handmade paper from St Cuthbert's Mill in Somerset. The print is created by printing each colour separately, gradually building up the image.
