The exquisite Palladio church of San Giorgio Maggiore sits in the Venetian Lagoon, on the south side of The Grand Canal and directly opposite St Mark’s Square. It is a major  landmark and has inspired artists for many years.

This print is an etching and aquatint made on a copper plate. It is printed on Somerset Velvet, a heavyweight 300 gsm handmade paper from St Cuthbert's Mill in Somerset and is signed and numbered by the artist.
